Well, Big Pharma is out in force promoting their failing flu vaccine again. Last December they got New Jersey to require all kids from 6 months to 5 years to get flu shots or be barred from day care and preK programs. Now that the flu season is here again, the drug companies are bound and determined to see that their ineffective vaccines don't bomb on the market again, as they did last year.
Kids in their first year of life should not be subjected to the infusion of toxic chemicals compounded into flu vaccines, and all parents, wherever they are, should make their objections known. There's no telling when the drug companies will succeed in buying the politicos in other states. Every parent should go on record as opposing this kind of child abuse.
Currently there is a bill in the New Jersey legislature that would let parents opt their kids out of this and hopefully common sense will prevail over business interests. In and of themselves, flu shots are worthless and do more harm than good. More on this tomorrow.
